About Us

We are 18-year-old distribution company with 25 years of experience in the
industry. The President Donald Neal has sold every major brand in the industry
besides Dudley Hair Care products and Design Essentials. In his 25 years of
experience he has sold Avlon (Affirm, Kera Care), Mazzini, Ellucence, Syntonics,
Vitale, Premium, Essations , V-Violet, Kemet, Kitit Kiti, Bronner Brothers and
Naked By Essations. Integrity Salon Services has representation in Middle
Tenneesse, Indian, Kentucky, and Alabama, and we are looking to expand.
Integrity’s Mission statemen is “We are building business one relationship at a
time”. Three years ago Integrity along with Lee Pooler and Eddy Spencer came
together and formed “Monster Brands Professional Hair Care Products in which
we are part owners. We went from just distribution to Manufacturing.
